Parking- Optimist Park Baseball and Soccer
The Town of Tecumseh would like to remind all Baseball and Soccer families of parking rules for Optimist Park

 
The marked parking spots at the CADA Library are strictly reserved for library patrons only during operating hours. Those using these spots must check in with library staff. This area is not available for sports-related parking, even temporarily.
Please note that the Town’s Traffic By-law 2025-018 restricts unauthorized parking in these spots, and fines may be issued under By-law 2024-48.
Alternative Options & Active Transportation
The Optimist Park lot serves many users, and we encourage everyone to:
  • Carpool whenever possible
  • Walk or bike to the park
  • Make use of the alternative parking options available nearby
Let’s all do our part to ensure access remains fair and respectful for all park and library users.
